Gala Dinner on Wednesday, June 29. Gala dinner will take place in the
renowned Château du Clos de Vougeot, a 12th century private property
formerly belonging to the Cistercian monks of Cîteaux Abbey, the
order's mother abbey. Château du Clos de Vougeot offers a majestic
scenery along the legendary Burgundy vineyards, only 25 minutes drive
from Dijon. Transportation will be arranged; Casual wears.

upon checkin at the onsite registration desk. Delegates are requested
to wear their conference badges for admittance to the conference
rooms and poster sessions.

The
Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for
personal accidents, loss of belongings or damage to private property of
delegates and accompanying persons that may unfortunately happen during
the ICCDU XI Conference. Participants should make their own
arrangements with respect to health, travel, visa, and property
insurance before departure from their country.
Hotel bookingWe highly recommend to book in advance due to the busy touristic season.Please, book by yourself.Attendees who are coming by train are encouraged to book in an hotel downtown Dijon.
Attendees who are coming by car may choose an hotel with a private parking. Only few parking places are available on the Campus.
A great variety of hotels exists in Dijon (from 1-star to 4-star hotels).
